Client Relations Specialist

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service to our families. As a Client Relations Specialist, you are responsible for managing inquiries, as well as working closely with various staff to ensure our children are provided a proper standard of care.


Process Management Analyst

The most important skills for this job are organization and reliability. You want to be an innovative problem solver with a goal oriented mindset. You will also need to have minimal competency with computer programs like word and excel.

Hiring and Recruiting Specialist

The successful candidate will work with various departments to understand their hiring needs and create a recruitment plan to attract and hire top talent. The Specialist will manage the hiring process from beginning to end, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both the company and candidates.



Authorizations/Quality Control Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and approving authorization requests, ensuring that all billing submissions are accurate and comply with relevant guidelines and regulations. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for conducting quality control checks and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Human Resources Specialist

The HR Employee will work closely with the HR team and other department managers to ensure the organization is meeting its human resources needs. The HR Employee will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and performance management, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and administering employee benefits.
