✰ 𝔹𝕋 𝕊ℙ𝕆𝕋𝕃𝕀𝔾ℍ𝕋 ✰ Meet: Jean Paul M. T.
I've been with The Perfect Child ABA for seven (7) Months, and it has been an incredibly rewarding experience.
I'm passionate about helping children reach their full potential and making a positive impact in their daily lives. I was inspired to become a Behavior Technician because I enjoy working with children, and family building meaningful relationships, and celebrating every milestone—big or small. Seeing the progress our clients make reminds me why I chose this career.
What do you enjoy most about being a BT?
What I enjoy most is building trusting relationships with my clients and their families. Every day is an opportunity to teach new skills, encourage growth, and help children become more confident and independent.
What's been your most rewarding experience while working with our clients?
The most rewarding moments are watching a client achieve a goal they once struggled with, whether it's learning a new communication skill, becoming more independent, or accomplishing something their family has been hoping for. Being part of those milestones is incredibly meaningful.
What motivates you to make a difference each day?
Knowing that my work has a positive impact on a child's life motivates me every day. Even the smallest steps forward can make a big difference, and it's an honor to support children and their families on their journey.
Fun Facts
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, listening to music, watching movies, trying new restaurants, and finding new ways to relax and recharge. I also love learning new things and making the most of every opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.
What advice would you give someone who is considering becoming a Behavior Technician?
Be patient, stay consistent, and celebrate every small victory. Building trust takes time, but the relationships you develop and the progress you help create make the work incredibly rewarding.
Is there a quote or motto that inspires you?
"Small steps every day lead to big changes over time."
