Hi everyone! I’m Tammy, the Office Manager here at the Meridian Clinic, and I’m excited to share a little about myself and what I love about being part of The Perfect Child ABA Therapy family.

One of my favorite parts of this role is creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our families and team. I truly love being part of a place where meaningful progress happens every day. It brings me joy to help families feel comfortable, to support our behavioral therapist and technicians, and to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes so our team can focus on making a real difference for the children we serve.

I bring many years of experience in clinic and office management, where I’ve developed a passion for supporting teams, streamlining processes, and creating efficient, family-friendly environments. I enjoy organizing, problem-solving, and helping people feel equipped and confident in their roles. Being able to blend structure, empathy, and leadership in my work is something I truly value.
