My name is Anna and I currently serve as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. I have been with TPC for about a year, and have loved every minute of it! I have been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for several years, supporting individuals across a variety of settings including schools, clinics, and telehealth environments.

I began my career with a strong interest in behavior and education, which led me to pursue my Master’s degree and ultimately become a BCBA. Throughout my journey, I have been passionate about helping individuals build meaningful skills that improve independence and quality of life.

Key Accomplishments: Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to support the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans that drive measurable progress in communication, social, and adaptive skills.

I have also worked closely with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across environments. My experience as a behavior coach within a school system allowed me to collaborate with educators, support staff, and administration to improve student outcomes and classroom systems.

In addition to my BCBA certification, I hold my COBA and continuously seek opportunities for professional growth to stay aligned with best practices in the field.

Insights and Expertise: I specialize in developing practical, functional programming that prioritizes real-world application and long-term independence. My approach emphasizes caregiver training, systems-based thinking, and creating sustainable interventions that can be consistently implemented across settings.

I am particularly passionate about expanding communication, reducing challenging behaviors through function-based interventions, and helping teams feel confident and competent in implementation. I value data-driven decision making, but also recognize the importance of flexibility and individualized care. I take pride in my ability to break down complex concepts into clear, actionable strategies that empower both clients and caregivers to succeed.

Personal Touch: Outside of work, I have a strong passion for fitness, nutrition, and overall performance. I enjoy staying active, training, and continuously learning about ways to optimize health and wellness.

I am also currently working toward becoming a pilot, which has been an exciting and rewarding challenge. I enjoy setting ambitious goals and pushing myself to grow both personally and professionally.
