In honor of World Applied Behavior Analysis Day, we want to recognize the incredible impact of ABA and celebrate the hard work, dedication, and compassion of our BCBAs and RBTs. Your commitment to supporting individuals with autism and their families does not go unnoticed. The positive feedback and reviews we receive from families are a direct reflection of the care, consistency, and heart you bring to your work every day. Because of you, meaningful progress is made, and lives are changed for the better. 💙
As we celebrate today, we’re proud to spotlight one of our own who truly embodies these values—Ashley Fondren.
Ashley has been a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with The Perfect Child since 2021 and has recently advanced to Tier 4 in our advancement program. She is currently enrolled in Mississippi State University’s ABA program, will be graduating this May, and will soon be sitting for her BCBA exam.
Ashley entered the field after witnessing firsthand the positive impact ABA can have on individuals with autism and their families. Inspired by those experiences, she knew she wanted to be a part of helping others achieve their goals.
She is also an integral part of our training team and takes great pride in supporting and training new technicians, helping to shape the next generation of RBTs.
Thank you, Ashley, for your passion, leadership, and commitment to making a difference every day—and thank you to all of our BCBAs and RBTs for everything you do! 💙
