Meet Claudia, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at The Perfect Child ABA who will celebrate her first year with us this July. One of the biggest reasons families leave us such wonderful reviews is the quality of our BCBAs, and Claudia is a perfect example, pairing deep expertise with genuine compassion.

🌟 𝔹ℂ𝔹𝔸 𝕊ℙ𝕆𝕋𝕃𝕀𝔾ℍ𝕋 🔦

Hi everyone! My name is Claudia, and I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). I will be celebrating one year with the company this July. I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and have been working in the field of ABA for over eight years.

My journey began as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), a role I held for six years. During that time, I worked directly with clients across home, school, and community settings and developed a strong foundation in behavior analytic principles and intervention. I then spent one year working as a Behavior Specialist before earning my BCBA certification. These experiences provided me with a well-rounded understanding of ABA services from multiple perspectives and strengthened my passion for supporting individuals and families.

🔑 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Throughout my career, I have conducted comprehensive assessments, developed individualized treatment plans, supervised and mentored RBTs, provided caregiver training, and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to support meaningful outcomes for clients. I take pride in creating treatment programs that are both evidence-based and individualized to each learner’s unique strengths and needs.

Earning my BCBA certification after progressing through the field as an RBT and Behavior Specialist is one of my proudest professional accomplishments. My clinical experience across multiple settings has allowed me to support clients with diverse behavioral and developmental needs while helping families build skills that improve independence and quality of life.

🌟 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞:

Having worked in the field from the direct-service level through clinical leadership, I bring a unique perspective to my role as a BCBA. I understand the importance of practical, effective interventions that can be successfully implemented by therapists, caregivers, and teachers across environments.

My areas of expertise include behavior assessment, behavior reduction programming, functional communication training, caregiver coaching, skill acquisition programming, staff training, and clinical supervision. I am passionate about building collaborative relationships with families and team members and helping create sustainable, meaningful progress for the individuals we serve.

♥ 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐜𝐡:

Outside of work, I am passionate about CrossFit and enjoy challenging myself through fitness and personal growth. I also have a deep appreciation for the arts and enjoy visiting museums, exploring galleries, viewing artwork, and watching films.

Creativity, storytelling, and artistic expression have always been interests of mine.

When I am not working, you can usually find me spending time with my daughter, attending CrossFit classes, exploring new places, or enjoying anything related to art and culture.
