She shares, “I was initially drawn to this position because I wanted to work with children. I wasn’t familiar with ABA at the time, but through hands-on experience and learning more about the field, I developed a strong appreciation for its structure and its ability to create meaningful change. The most rewarding part of my work is seeing clients develop new skills, gain independence, and achieve their goals, no matter how small those steps may seem. Being part of this team for the past two years has allowed me to grow professionally while making a positive impact on the families we serve.”
